1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At HOTGIRLY, we care about your experience. We do our best to ensure every order arrives as described. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order as all sales are subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return the item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging with all seals intact.

Due to the nature of our products, any item that has been opened, used or damaged after delivery is strictly non-returnable. We do not accept returns based on change of mind.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return you must contact us through the contact form on our website within the 14 day window. All requests are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to decline any return request that does not meet our eligibility conditions.

Once approved you will receive instructions on how to proceed. Any return sent without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

4. Return Shipping

All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. HOTGIRLY is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, delayed or undelivered. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.

5. Refunds

Refunds are only issued after the returned item has been received, inspected and approved by our team. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are not included in any refund under any circumstances.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our contact form and include clear photo or video evidence. Claims submitted after this window or without supporting evidence will not be accepted.

If the claim is approved we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds for damaged items are issued on a case by case basis.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Items returned outside the 14 day window
  • Orders where the incorrect address was provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by customs, courier, or circumstances outside our control

8. Delivery & Shipping Times

HOTGIRLY works with international suppliers to bring you the best products. Delivery times typically range between 7 to 14 business days. Delays caused by customs clearance, public holidays or courier issues are outside our control and do not qualify for a refund.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After this period your order is automatically processed and sent to our supplier and cannot be modified or cancelled under any circumstances.

10. Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage all customers to contact us through our contact form before opening a dispute or chargeback with their bank. We are happy to resolve any issue directly and quickly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting HOTGIRLY may result in the order being blacklisted from future purchases.
