Shipping Policy

1. Overview

At HOTGIRLY we work with international suppliers and print on demand partners to bring you the best products. Please read this policy carefully so you know what to expect when placing your order.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Print On Demand Products

Certain HOTGIRLY products such as our embroidered caps, bags and other custom merchandise are made to order. This means your item is personally crafted for you after your order is placed.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your item to be produced before it is shipped. Once production is complete your order will be dispatched and you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking details.

We do not consider print on demand orders delayed until 30 days have passed from the order date. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

4. Standard Products

For all other HOTGIRLY products such as our electric fans and gadgets, delivery times typically range between 7 to 14 business days from the date of dispatch.

5. Shipping Destinations

HOTGIRLY ships internationally. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs procedures.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation.

7. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are outside our control and are the sole responsibility of the customer. HOTGIRLY is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.

8. Delays

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by customs, public holidays, courier issues or circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of HOTGIRLY and do not qualify for a refund.

9. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please contact us through the contact form on our website. We will investigate the issue with our supplier or courier. HOTGIRLY is not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

10. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete before placing your order. HOTGIRLY is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Address changes cannot be made after 12 hours of placing your order.
